Generate personalized documents, PDFs and invoices from Google Sheets โ and email them โ without your data ever leaving your Google account.
๐ Runs entirely in your Google account โ we never see your sheet or your recipients.
Most mail-merge tools stop at email. Document Studio generates the documents themselves.
Fill a Google Doc template per row and export PDFs โ letters, certificates, contracts, reports.
Join a second sheet as repeating rows to build invoices and orders โ one document per customer.
Markdown or HTML bodies, merge fields, cc/bcc, reply-to, PDF attachments โ sent from your Gmail.
Send a different template or email per column value โ Accepted vs Rejected โ in a single run.
Drop dynamic QR codes and images into documents from a cell value โ tickets, passes, labels.
Attach a Google Form and auto-remind anyone who hasn't responded โ no inbox access required.
One-click unsubscribe link and a respected opt-out list, so every bulk send stays responsible.
Run merges on a schedule โ each run only processes new rows. Set it and forget it.
Thousands of rows continue safely in the background, with progress and per-row status.
Open Document Studio from any Google Sheet. One click drops in demo data so you can try it instantly.
Choose a starter document or bring your own, and write your email with merge fields and a live preview.
See exactly what will happen โ how many docs, how many emails โ then run. Documents land in your Drive.

No. The add-on runs inside your Google account and works directly with your Sheet, Docs and Drive. Your spreadsheet content and your recipients are never sent to our servers. The only personal data we collect is your own account email, so we can manage your beta access and support.
Your own Gmail / Google Workspace address โ recipients see it as coming straight from you.
Yes โ Google caps how many emails an account can send per day (about 100 for personal Gmail, 1,500 for Workspace). Document Studio respects those limits and your plan's limit, and large jobs continue safely across days.
No. To avoid requesting broad access to your mailbox, emails are sent through Google's mail service rather than through Gmail's compose, so they don't appear in Sent. This keeps the permissions we ask for to a minimum.
Open tracking is on our roadmap. We deliberately avoid reading your inbox (which would require intrusive permissions), so classic bounce detection isn't offered โ instead, our form-based follow-ups let you chase non-responders without touching your mailbox.
You attach a Google Form; each recipient gets a link, and we watch the form's responses (in your own sheet) to see who replied. Non-responders get an automatic reminder. Nothing reads your email.
